COVID-19 Regulations
FURTHER TO GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES WE WILL BE OBSERVING THE FOLLOWING WITHIN OUR CENTRE
- Contact details will still be required upon entry into our centre.
- All visitors MUST sanitise upon entry & are also advised to wash hands
- All visitors will have their temperature checked – anyone above 37.8oC will be refused entry
- All visitors ABOVE the age of 11yrs will be advised to wear a mask at all times unless medically exempt
- SOCKS MUST be worn for hygiene & health/safety reasons
- Customers are requested to NOT move tables during a session as these have been arranged to meet the social distancing rulings
- Adults are only permitted on play frame to assist a child but request to respect others using the frame & use of equipment
- We will still maintain a One-way system to ease entry/exit to/from the centre
- NO BUGGIES will be allowed upstairs in centre. We request buggies are folded &/or left downstairs in our Buggy Parks located by the lift to help aid in space within centre & health/safety
- Parties will still be restricted to limited numbers
- We still will refrain from allowing Candles being blown on the cake which is to be distributed to guests
- Extra cleaning procedures are still in place for all high contact areas. Please be assured we are taking EVERY precaution to maintain extra hygiene levels & continue to making our centre Covid free
- Not more than 2 households per table
- No Outside food permitted in the centre
